motimotinok (the “Developer”) sets out the following policy for handling personal information in all apps provided by the Developer.
1. Storage and non-collection of personal information
In all apps, personal information handled within the app is stored on your device. The Developer provides no mechanism to collect or receive this information and does not access information on your device. Therefore, using the apps does not result in the Developer collecting personal information stored on your device.
2. Use of information and permissions
Apps use information on your device to provide the features you operate. When access to photos, the camera, the microphone, or similar resources is needed, the app requests permission through the operating system. You can change these permissions in your device settings. If you do not grant permission, the corresponding features may be unavailable.
3. External services and sharing initiated by you
The Developer does not collect personal information from your device and provide it to third parties.
When you export or share information yourself, use operating-system backups, or make purchases through an app store, the destination or service provider you choose may handle information. Each service’s privacy policy applies to that handling.
4. Managing and deleting data
You can manage and delete data on your device using the methods provided by each app or the operating system. Because the Developer does not hold the data on your device, the Developer cannot view, restore, or delete it on your behalf. Please manage and delete exported files and backups at their respective storage locations.
5. Information provided in inquiries
When you contact the Developer by email, the Developer receives your email address and any information included in the message and attachments. This information is used only to respond to your inquiry and communicate as necessary. It is retained for as long as needed to handle the inquiry and then deleted, unless retention is required by law.
Inquiry information is handled through the email service. App data on your device is not automatically sent when you make an inquiry.
6. Changes to this policy
This policy may change without prior notice. The revised policy will be published on this page and will take effect upon publication, unless a different effective date is specified. The last-updated date will be revised when changes are made. Where notification or consent is required by law, the required procedures will be followed.
